Payment Methods:
In our store, you can make the payment for your orders using any of the following options:

1. Bank Transfer: Please indicate the order number and customer's name in the payment reference. The order will be dispatched once the payment is confirmed or transferred to the account provided on our website.

2. Credit Card: You can make a secure payment using your credit card, and the process is immediate. Once the payment is completed, it will be automatically marked as paid, and we will process your order immediately.

3. Cash on Delivery: This option allows you to pay for the order at our office in Valencia. Please note that there will be an additional charge of €3 for this payment method.

In case of a complaint, our specialists will conduct a professional evaluation of your windows. If necessary, they will perform warranty repairs.
